Forensic cleaning is the specialist decontamination of environments contaminated by biohazardous material — including blood, bodily fluids, and chemical residue. It requires trained technicians, specialist PPE, professional disinfectants, and licensed waste disposal. Standard commercial or domestic cleaning services are not equipped or legally permitted to handle biohazard remediation.

Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We deploy during business hours, with after-hours and weekend remediation available at additional cost.

Same-day response across South East Queensland. Regional Queensland is attended as soon as we can get there. Confirmed response times are provided when you call.

No. All vehicles are unmarked. Our technicians do not wear branded uniforms during attendance. Privacy is part of the service.

Blood and bodily fluids can carry bloodborne pathogens such as hepatitis and HIV. Safe handling requires trained technicians, proper PPE, professional disinfection, and disposal through licensed biohazardous waste carriers. Standard commercial or domestic cleaners are neither equipped nor legally permitted to do this work.

Unattended deaths and decomposition, crime and trauma scenes involving blood or bodily fluids, biohazard contamination from sewage or infectious material, hoarding and squalor, and needle or sharps removal.

Heavily contaminated or porous items that cannot be safely decontaminated are documented and disposed of as biohazardous waste. Where possible, salvageable and sentimental items are treated and returned. We talk you through what can and cannot be saved.

It depends on the hazard. We set up containment zones to isolate the affected area, and in many cases will recommend that occupants vacate that part of the property — or the property — temporarily for safety. We advise you on arrival.

We attend in unmarked vehicles with no identifying signage, our technicians do not wear branded uniforms, and we keep all job details confidential. Discretion is central to how we work.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the property owner or deceased estate. Where an insurance policy applies and covers the damage, the cost may be claimable. We provide completion documentation you can submit to your insurer, but we do not lodge or manage claims on your behalf.

For non-emergency work we provide written quotes following an on-site assessment. For emergency biohazard response we provide a clear estimate before work begins and a fixed price once the scope is confirmed.

Payment is due on completion for private clients. Where insurance applies, you arrange the claim with your insurer using the documentation we provide. We do not require deposits for standard residential work.

No. We can work with key access via agents, neighbours, or police. We provide complete documentation and photographic records of all work performed.

Trauma scene and unattended death remediation typically takes 1–3 days. Hoarding cleanups range from 1–5 days. Meth lab decontamination including testing typically takes 5–10 days from initial test to clearance certificate.

Yes. We do not sign off on a job until a thorough inspection confirms the area has been decontaminated. We provide written confirmation that the work has been completed.

Yes. We hold $20 million public liability insurance and use licensed carriers for biohazardous waste disposal in compliance with Queensland regulations.

All biohazardous waste is double-bagged in approved containers, transported by licensed clinical waste carriers, and incinerated at approved facilities. Waste manifests are provided for every job.

Meth decontamination is carried out in line with Queensland Health guidelines, with laboratory testing arranged through accredited laboratories where required.
